Who am I and how did I get here?
In this first episode, I share my personal journey of becoming a trauma therapist — and how, despite everything I knew professionally, I still found myself physically and emotionally depleted from chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation. We explore burnout, overfunctioning, the long-term impact of trauma and chronic stress, and what began to shift as I started understanding the nervous system in a deeper way.
